PILOT BREWING
One of the greatest things about being a Craft Brewery is experimenting with new beer styles, never before used hops and alternative ingredients. Worthy Brewing is dedicated to bringing the world new and creative beers on a regular basis. So, to free our brewers from the fears and constraints of production scale brewing, we've installed a 3.5 barrel (108 gallon) pilot brewhouse to act as their brewing playground.
Visible from our restaurant, you will soon be able to watch our mad brewing scientists concoct liquid creations, the likes of which the world has never seen. These brews will be served at our pub, though it's likely the 7 kegs we get from each batch won't last long. We welcome your feedback and will rely on your taste to help us determine which of these pilot brews is Worthy and ready for large scale brewing. This is your chance to help us craft the Worthy lineup of beers!
