Brewing EQUIPMENTWBC’s Brewery Production Area encompasses approximately 21,000 square feet with a capacity to brew 50,000 – 70,000 barrels per year and includes:
A Production Brewhouse 2 Fermentation Tanks A Bright Beer Cellar A Canning Line A Kegging Line A Cold Packaged Beer Storage Area Pilot Brewhouse PRODUCTION BREWHOUSE - A 30 US barrel (930 gal) 4 vessel steam-fired brewhouse manufactured in Oregon by AAA Metal Fabrication. This brewhouse is capable of producing approximately 240 bbls of beer in a 24 hour period. FERMENTATION TANKS - Fermentation will initially consist of: 4 x 30 barrel uni-tank fermenters 2 x 60 barrel uni-tank fermenters BRIGHT BEER CELLAR - Three (3) dish bottom bright beer tanks each capable of holding 60 bbls total of filtered beer received from Fermentation. WBC PACKAGING - Reconditioned “Top Can” Model 14.1 by Vimercati, consisting of 14 filling heads and 1 seamer. The line as currently configured is capable of filling 3,000 12 oz cans per hour. Also capable of filling 16 oz cans. An Econoseal E System 2000 machine will erect, load and seal the end load cartons. This machine is capable of handling both 6 pack and 4 pack cartons at no more than 1500 cartons per hour. KEGGING - A 3 stage keg cleaner capable of cleaning and sanitizing approximately 40 kegs an hour. We started our kegging operations by manually filling pre-sanitized kegs directly off of the bright beer tanks. A skilled operator can fill approximately 96 half barrels or equivalent in a day. COLD STORAGE - We have 1350 square feet of cold storage space. We can store approximately 75 pallets of finished goods on floor level. The interior height of the cooler will allow for pallets to be stacked 3 high for a total capacity of 225 pallets of finished goods. This is a theoretical maximum. Estimate is a max of 150 pallets. Each pallet can hold 1,440 cans of beer and 12 kegs of beer. |
